Anyone else feeling burned out and just dreading mondays?
Ugh, I'm struggling with burnout at work. It feels like I'm on this endless treadmill, and no matter how fast I run, I'm not getting anywhere. The workload keeps piling up, and I've started resenting it. I used to love what I do, but now I dread Mondays. I keep thinking, "Is this it?" It's frustrating because I want to be passionate and engaged again, but I feel drained. Has anyone found a way to pull themselves out of this funk? I could use some fresh ideas!
